In short: we collect only what we need to send you class details and spiritual teachings. We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. You can unsubscribe with one click, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who we are
Irai Arul shares Siddha teachings of mantra, breath and devotion, taught by Navakari Swamigal. This policy covers iraiarul.com, mantraclass.iraiarul.com, our emails and our online classes.

What we collect
- When you register for a class: your first name, email address, country and WhatsApp number.
- When you read our emails: whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked. This tells us which messages are useful and helps keep our emails out of spam folders.
- When you write to us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
- During a live class: your display name and any chat messages, visible to the class. Classes may be recorded; the recording focuses on the teacher.
We do not collect payment details, and our websites do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To send you the joining link, reminders and the recording of a class you registered for.
- To send occasional emails about teachings and future classes. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To send a WhatsApp reminder before a class, if you gave your number.
- To answer your questions.
We rely on your consent when you register, and on our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with people who previously took part in spiritual programs run by members of our team. You can object or withdraw consent at any time.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run Irai Arul. They process your information only on our instructions:

Some of these services store data outside your country. They protect it with standard safeguards. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a "do not contact" list so we never email you again. If you ask us to delete your details, we remove them within 30 days. Email statistics are kept for up to two years.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any email.
- See, correct or delete your details: email us and we will reply within 30 days.
- Stop WhatsApp messages: reply STOP, or tell us.
- Complain: you may contact your local data protection authority.
These rights apply wherever you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Children
Our classes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Our websites use encrypted connections (HTTPS), our email domain is authenticated, and access to our contact list is limited to the people who run Irai Arul.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced by email.
